Where is Vuvu Organic beauty name coming from?:
Proudly African our distinctive name is rooted in three languages in our founders home country, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Vuvu means Hope in Kikongo, a submission from South Africa says the name Vuvu means beautiful and is of Zimbabwe origin. Lastly Vuvu is the the founder and CEO’s Surname.

Our story
The Founder, formulator and CEO Sandra Mauricio Vuvu, who is from Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo DRC, but grew up in South Africa.
Her passion for beauty and skincare started when she was a teenager, clambering into her mothers beauty products and clothing to play with.
Seeing her mother as an Enterprenue motivated her more into becoming a business woman. She is also a qualified beauty therapist where she gained more insight in beauty.
However the trigger for Vuvu organic beauty was in 2018, when she had breakouts and tried so many products until she decided to do her own home organic remedy which was Tumeric mask then heard about black soap from west Africa and decided to use both and it worked wonder which then vuvu Organic beauty grew in hair products and skin care.
